GoZebra '08 Printer Trade-In Program

Miles Data & Zebra Technologies are offering a cash rebate for upgrading current, eligible label printers with a Zebra label printer. Follow the steps below, or contact us for details.

How to obtain rebate:

1. Purchase one or more eligible Zebra printers. For information on pricing please call Miles Data at 1.800.272.9013. Eligible Zebra printers and their rebate values are as follows:

2. For each new printer, identify one existing printer for trade-in. The printer does not have to be a Zebra printer, but must be in working condition (that is, must power-up and have a printhead). Zebra has pre-defined a list of products accepted for trade-in. If a printer is not listed, customers can still submit it for individual consideration on the claim form.

3. Access the GO Zebra08 customer web site to make a claim.

4. Mail, fax, or e-mail a copy of the purchase invoice to Zebra. Instructions are provided on the GO Zebra08 customer web site. Please contact Miles Data Technologies at 1.800.272.9013 if you do not have your purchase invoice.

5. Wait to receive a Trade-In Merchandise Authorization (TMA). Within 3 business days, the customer will receive a TMA via e-mail. The TMA will include a claim number, which can be used to view status.

6. Ship the printer to Zebra, including a copy of the TMA. Shipping instructions are provided on the GO Zebra08 customer web site.

7. Access the GO Zebra08 Customer web site to monitor claim status. Rebate checks will be mailed 4-5 weeks after the trade-in printer has been received.
