Intermec 09' Printer Trade-In Program

Miles Data & Intermec are offering a cash rebate for upgrading current, eligible label printers with an Intermec label printer. Follow the steps below, or contact us for details at 1.800.272.9013.

How to obtain rebate:

Trade in either an Intermec or competitive printer and purchase a qualifying Intermec printer from Miles Data between March 2, 2009 and June 30, 2009.
Fax a copy of your Miles Data invoice (proof of purchase) for your new Intermec equipment and the rebate coupon to Intermec Rebate Processing to 425.356.1664. Download rebate coupon here.
Upon receipt of your rebate coupon and invoice, Intermec will email you a confirmation along with detailed instructions for shipping your trade-in equipment.
Once the rebate coupon, invoice and trade-in equipment have been received (at the location instructed in the email), a rebate check will be issued to the product end user. Rebate values depend on hardware purchased. See details in table below.
Shipments of trade-in equipment must be postmarked within 30 days of invoice for the new Intermec equipment.
All trade-in equipment must be received by Intermec no later than July 31, 2009 in order to be eligible. Any exceptions must be requested in writing prior to July 17, 2009.
