Miles Data Service+ Support Levels

Miles Data offers three levels of support to enable you to choose the right plan for your business. However, within each level of support, we have the flexibility to tailor the plan to best meet your needs and address areas that are causing the most disruption to your business.

Level 1: Get quick and easy depot service by logging into the Serviceportal, enter the device serial number or asset tag, and ship it to the Miles Data depot. We test the device, repair it if needed, and return it to you configured and ready for use.

Level 2: Our second tier support plan includes everything in Level 1, but adds a customer-owned spares pool that Miles Data manages via the Serviceportal. This is the optimal choice for larger customers with multiple sites.

Level 3: This level adds Support+, remote technical support services during business hours. Businesses choosing this option have a mobile device management (MDM) solution – like SOTI MobiControl – in place that can be managed by Miles Data.

All services include asset tracking and management via Miles Data Service+ web portal. In addition, there is an onboarding process that Miles Data goes through with customers to build site configuration profiles and asset tag the equipment.
