The Panther 2000 can be configured for tamp, passive wipe-on, active wipe-on, blow-on, active blow-on, corner wrap leading, corner wrap trailing, flag-wrap for round cables or hoses, tools. etc., swing arm, dual label tamp, and many other custom configurations.

Panther 2000e

Top Apply

Panther 2000e designed for top apply product labeling. Great in distribution centers where product heights vary. The Panther 2000e is a unique all-electric design that is at least 2.5 times faster than pneumatic systems for strokes above 18". The Panther 2000e is a servo driven system that requires no compressed air. The auto-tamp feature detects contact with the product or carton and retracts automatically. The video shown shows a pack slip and shipping label solution that eliminates the need for the Pack Slip envelope and a separate shipping label. The pack slip information is printed on the first Panther 2000e print and apply station and the second Panther 2000e system puts the shipping label right over the pack slip label, sealing it from prying eyes. The Patented labels are then easily peeled off of the carton once it reaches it destination.

Panther Shadow

The SHADOW is an all electric tamp system that incorporates a tabletop printer and does not require compressed air. This economical system is designed for the entry level user that does not require a full featured system like the Panther 2000 and Panther 2000e. The high speed electric tamp system will label any height product within it's stroke range using the "Smart Tamp" feature.

Panther Cub

The Panther CUB is a labeling system designed to apply pre-printed labels to a virtually unlimited product range with numerous methods for applying labels. The system shown in the video is a 6" stroke tamp system. Other application types are blow-on, passive wipe-on or "merge", swing arm, dual label swing-arm, and more. The Panther CUB is servo driven with automatic label calibration. Simply load the label stock and hit the Calibrate button to have the label register to the proper location, every time. With speeds up to 65 IPS, there are few systems that can match this speed.
